ECS Group Supporting Greener Transport in Northamptonshire.

ECS (Electrical Compliance and Safety) Ltd based in Corby, Northamptonshire have recently been awarded full accreditation to become installers of both Rolec and Pod Point electrical vehicle chargers.

Last year, the UK Government announced plans to end the sale of new petrol and diesel cars by 2030, publishing plans to accelerate a greener transport future by the gradual phase out of petrol and diesel cars. They revealed that over £1.8 billion would be invested in UK infrastructure and grants to increase access to zero-emission vehicles.

ECS (Electrical Compliance and Safety) Ltd based in Corby, Northamptonshire have recently been awarded full accreditation to become installers of both Rolec and Pod Point electrical vehicle chargers.

A team of experienced ECS electrical engineers are now qualified to install the electric vehicle chargers in all domestic and workplace settings.

ECS are also able to support clients, enabling them to take advantage of government grants of up to £350 off their Home EV installation under the Electric Vehicle Homecharge Scheme (EVHS), and up to £14,000 off work premises EV installations under the Workplace Charging Scheme (WCS).

We are all responsible now to take a step towards greener transportation and to minimise the effects of global climate change.
